ALPHA® Vaculoy SAC300,305,400,405
ALPHA SAC305, SAC387, and SAC405, along with their replenishment alloys SAC300, SAC350, SAC380, and SAC400, are lead-free options suitable for replacing Sn63Pb37 alloy. The replenishment alloys are often used to stabilize and reduce copper content in the wave solder bath, depending on specific process conditions.
All variants are produced using our proprietary Vaculoy alloying process, which effectively removes impurities, particularly oxides, minimizing soldering defects.
